Shipping policy

 

SHIPPING

• All of our AROWONEN products are shipped to you from the Netherlands via a secured, tracked shipping method. For orders placed outside of the EU, we recommend contacting our store.

• Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes; please provide a physical address.

• AROWONEN only ships on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be administratively processed the following business day.

• If the item is in stock, your AROWONEN order will be shipped within 3 working days.

• In case your AROWONEN package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please save the shipping box, the AROWONEN products, and their original outer packaging, and email us a picture of the damaged goods as soon as possible at webshop@arowonen.com to notify us of the damage. This has to be done within 48 hours of receiving the package.
